# Factory reset the router

Please follow the steps below to factory reset your router:

### Step 1

Please click & hold the **RESET** button which is to the right of the WAN Blue port and don't release it until all LEDs except the power led turn off.

### Step 2

Connect to the Spider 2.4G/5.8G Wifi once it appears with Password **Spider290**

### Step 3

Please visit <http://10.11.0.1/activation.php> or connect.spidervpn.org to Activate your Router.

### Step 4

You can log in with your email and password that you created when signing up at <https://spidervpn.org/>

### Step 5

Next, either click on "Turn On" or "SELECT LOCATION"
