How to factory reset the router if it's bricked or not working properly.

Please follow the steps below to factory reset your router:

Step 1

Please click & hold the RESET button which is to the right of the WAN Blue port and don't release it until all LEDs except the power led turn off.

Step 2

Connect to the Spider 2.4G/5.8G Wifi once it appears with Password Spider290

Step 3

Please visit or connect.spidervpn.org to Activate your Router.

Step 4

Step 5

Next, either click on "Turn On" or "SELECT LOCATION"

Step 6

Enjoy the seamless experience of SpiderVPN!
