# Factoring Reset the Miner

### Step 1

Open any browser and go to [http://10.11.0.1/](http://10.11.0.1/api/activation.php)

### Step 2

Click on the three lines on the top right of your homepage, and a panel will appear

### Step 3

First, click on **Help & Support** and then click on **Reset to factory defaults,  and** a new page will appear

### Step 4

First, click on **Factory Reset** and then click on **OK** as indicated below
